We are delighted to welcome you to Almèra and hope your stay will be wonderful and relaxing.

To ensure the comfort and peace of all our guests, and to respect the property, we kindly ask you to read the following simple rules.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in Time: From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time. For check-ins outside this time window, contact us to make special arrangements.

Check-out Time: By 10:00 AM. Kindly vacate the property by this time to allow cleaning for the next guests.

Upon arrival, a valid ID must be presented for registration, as required by current regulations. Each guest is required to show their own identification document.

Respect for the Property and Environment

Care of the Property: Please treat the accommodation and all furnishings with care. Any damages caused intentionally or through negligence will be charged.

Cleanliness: The accommodation is delivered clean and tidy. We kindly ask that you leave it in a similar condition, especially the kitchen and dishes.

Quiet Hours: Almèra is a peaceful place. Please keep noise to a moderate level, especially during the evening and nighttime hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM), to avoid disturbing other guests or neighbors.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. It is only allowed in the outdoor areas, using the provided ashtray.

Recycling: Help us protect the environment and follow local regulations by sorting your waste. Appropriate bins and instructions are provided.

Guests and Safety

Number of Guests: The accommodation can host a maximum of 3 people. Hosting additional guests without prior authorization is not allowed.

Pets: Only small pets are allowed, subject to prior notice and approval. Please ensure they are well-behaved and do not disturb others.

Security: When leaving the accommodation, please always close all windows and doors, and make sure lights and air conditioning are turned off.

Miscellaneous

Keys: You are responsible for the keys to the property. In case of loss or damage, a replacement fee will be charged.

Utilities: Please use water and electricity responsibly and avoid unnecessary waste.

Valuables: We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings left unattended inside or outside the property.
